Outlook Slack and Teams integration

An Outlook assistant that works in Slack and Teams

Outlook is Toby's email connector. Ask it what needs a reply, have it draft one, and check your calendar, all from the channel. Toby asks before anything goes out under your name.

2,000 free credits, no card needed, $25 a month after that.

Outlook and Toby: common questions

Do I use Toby inside Outlook?

No. You ask in a Slack or Teams channel and Toby answers in the thread. The inbox it reads is the one belonging to the Outlook account you connect.

Will Toby send emails without asking?

No. Toby drafts the email and shows it to you. It goes out only after you press Approve.

What can Toby do in Outlook?

It triages the inbox, summarises threads, finds emails, drafts replies and answers calendar questions. It posts a morning summary if you ask for one.

Can I disconnect Outlook?

Yes. You can remove a channel, disconnect a tool, or take Toby out entirely from the dashboard whenever you want.

How much does the Outlook connection cost?

Nothing extra. Every plan includes every connection. You start with 2,000 free credits and no card, and Starter is $25 a month for the whole workspace.
