Several conversations are open. The longest wait is Corner Hardware, asking why their login code did not arrive.

What the Intercom integration costs

2,000 free credits, no card needed, then $25 a month.

Every plan includes every connection, so Intercom costs nothing extra. All plans draw on one credit pool, and nobody pays per seat.

Full tiers are on the pricing page. You need your own Intercom account.

Intercom and Toby: common questions

Do I use Toby inside Intercom?

No. You ask in a Slack or Teams channel and Toby answers in the thread. Your support team keeps working in Intercom as usual.

What can Toby do in Intercom?

It finds and summarises conversations, reports on the open queue, groups repeat questions and drafts replies and notes. It posts a reply only after you approve.

Will Toby reply to customers on its own?

No. Toby drafts and shows you the reply. It is posted to the customer only after you press Approve.

Can I disconnect Intercom?

Yes. You can remove a channel, disconnect a tool, or take Toby out entirely from the dashboard whenever you want.

How much does the Intercom connection cost?

Nothing extra. Every plan includes every connection. You start with 2,000 free credits and no card, and Starter is $25 a month for the whole workspace.
